Transport Equipment for Precast Concrete

Concrete monorail conveyor is used to undertake concrete material in mixing station and transport it to each feeding device. Achieving the concrete material transportation and material undertaking between the mixing building and each production line.

The electric flat car is composed of frame, drive system, battery and electric control system. The electric flat car is powered by a battery, which can move smoothly on the rail, and is used in combination with the lifting hopper to run between the receiving and lifting positions.

Elevating ferry car is composed of split car, hydraulic control system and electrical control system. Each split car is composed of a strong welded steel structure, moving mechanism, lifting mechanism and positioning mechanism, which has fast moving speed and precise positioning, and can achieve the automatic transfer of the mold platform.
